KOMEDA - Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Restaurant Manager(New Shop)
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, including manpower & budget planning and staff training
Monitor and control to achieve company's sales target
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of food in a competent and professional manner
Responsible for guest and associate satisfaction, leading the team to consistently deliver quality food and service to guests.
Take appropriate action regarding customers complaint
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Requirements:
- Associate Degree with at least 5 years’ multi store management experiences in F&B or related industries, solid experience in coffee shop operations will be advantage;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Experienced in store set up will be advantage;
Be positive and flexible to cope with constantly changing business needs
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
