AEON Officially Launches WeChat Pay HK

AEON officially launched WeChat Pay HK as one of the payment media in all AEON stores on 14 February 2018. Customers can now enjoy a more convenient shopping experience.

Mobile phone payment is becoming increasingly popular nowadays. AEON has been actively developing and introducing different types of cashless payment methods such as Apple Pay and Alipay. From now on, all AEON stores will accept WeChat Pay HK as one of the electronic payment methods. Customers can also enjoy a wide range of offers, earn points or rebates on designated credit cards by using WeChat Pay HK.

By using WeChat Pay, when customers complete shopping at AEON, they just need to open the mobile app, click on "wallet" and select "payment", then the payment will be settled after the cashier staff scanning the barcode or QR code on screen. Every AEON customer can enjoy a simple and fast shopping experience!
