Since entering Hong Kong in 1987, AEON has always been striving to fulfill various customers' needs. To celebrate 30th anniversary, the brand new mobile app, AEON Mobile, was launched on 21st July 2017 to provide a new shopping experience to our customers with innovative first-mover features.

"POS Express" for Members
The first-in-the-market feature "POS Express" is now ready in all AEON Supermarkets, which helps better budgeting as well as saving time in line. Customers may simply scan barcodes on items, or select items from the list to build their shopping list as they shop, at the same time keep track of what they are spending. Customers then proceed to the dedicated "POS Express" lanes and show the QR code on the mobile screen to complete the payment process.

Member Coupon
Members could view available member coupons in AEON Mobile. Simply print the favorite coupons via the in-store E-directory by scanning the QR code on the mobile screen to use.

Redemption and Membership Management
Members could check their membership status and receive notifications via personal inbox. They could as well check bonus point details and redeem favorite items anytime and anywhere. Reminders of membership expiration will be available so members could renew their membership on time to enjoy member privileges.
