AEON Day: Bradbury Care and Attention Home for the Aged Blind Visiting Activity

On 11 Oct (AEON Day), AEON volunteer team went to visit a group of aged blind residents in Bradbury Care and Attention Home for the Aged Blind. Volunteers played games and chatted with the elderly to show the care to them.

In the beginning, AEON volunteers and aged blind residents introduced themselves. Then, Centre staffs coached all participants to do hand exercise. After that, AEON volunteers played “Guess Objects” and “Guess Sounds” games with residents. Volunteers prepared some daily necessities and animal sound audios. The residents could guess the answers through touching or listening. They all like playing the games very much and had a lot of fun. Finally, AEON volunteers presented gifts to Centre staffs and residents. In order to express their gratitude to AEON, the residents prepared some Anti-Mosquito DIY Balm by themselves for all volunteers. All participants have a great afternoon together.
