AEON Cheers Club: Dolphin Conservation Workshop @ AEON STYLE Whampoa

With the grand opening of AEON STYLE Whampoa, AEON Whampoa Store Cheers Club has been renamed as “AEON STYLE Whampoa Cheers Club”. It continues to organise free environmental education activities for members aged 6 to 14, aiming to raise the awareness of environmental protection among the young generation through learning about Mother Nature in an interesting way.

On 24th September, they organised an activity together with AEON Kowloon City Store Cheers Club, which invited the Hong Kong Dolphin Conservation Society to hold a dolphin conservation workshop inside the store. Through role play and interactive games, the workshop aimed to let children understand more about dolphins and whales, the threats facing to them, as well as how to save them. Before the end of the activity, each participant wrote down their feeling and pledge on colour paper and made origami whale to show their determination to save dolphins and whales.
