AEON Awarded "Smiling Enterprise Award"

AEON was awarded the "Smiling Enterprise Award" organised by Mystery Shopper Service Association again this year for its outstanding customer services with lots of smiles.

The press conference and award presentation ceremony was held on 7th April 2016. The association has arranged over 2,000 mystery shoppers to visit over 40 industries for a total of over 40,000 times for assessment. AEON (GMS) and Living PLAZA by AEON were awarded the “Smiling Enterprise 5 Years Award” in “Department Store” category and "Smiling Enterprise Award" in “Household Product” category respectively.

AEON will continue to work with its front-line staff to provide excellent customer services with warm smiles.
