AEON Day: AEON Cheers Club's Organic Farming Activity

On 11th October - "AEON Day", we organised a joint activity for AEON Cheers Club members of Kornhill Store, Tsuen Wan Store and Tsueng Kwan O Plaza Store to visit the organic farm of Produce Green Foundation. The kids took a tour around the farm while the instructor explained about the principles and methods of organic farming. After that, the children had a chance to experience farm work, such as ploughing and sowing. At the end of the activity, each participants received a planting kit so that they can try what they have learnt at home. Through this activity, the children have gained understanding about organic planting and green lifestyle, and have also learnt to cherish food.
