AEON American Food Fair Media Gathering

The AEON American Food Fair Media Gathering was held at AEON Kornhill Store on 31st July. We had the honor to invite Ms. Melinda Meador, Director of Agricultural Trade Office, and Chef Heinz Fischer to attend the event. Chef Fischer cooked three dishes for the guests: "Seared Scallops and Lobster Tail served on Mixed Bean Ragout", "Stir fried Cubes of Rib Eye Steak in creamy Bellpepper and Sweet Corn Sauce Roasted Potatoes" and "Pancake with Cranberries and Moscato scented Fruit Medley". All the guests greatly enjoyed the dishes.

Chef Fischer also shared the skill for cooking “Stir fried Cubes of Rib Eye Steak in creamy Bellpepper and Sweet Corn Sauce Roasted Potatoes”, which is to dice the steak and sitr-fried it quickly so that the steak will be juicy, soft and tasty.
