AEON launches the “Cross Border E-commerce” (CBEC) in its “AEON APP” to provide mainland customers with direct purchase services of AEON products from Hong Kong

"AEON APP” was officially launched in Mainland China in December 2019. It initially commenced service in Shenzhen and expanded to all stores in Mainland China in the first half of 2020. The APP takes "Enhancing your Customer Experience to Attain Quality of Life" as its service tenet, and provides customers with a number of convenient and fast shopping services such as "Online Purchase + Home Delivery". In order to meet the enthusiastic demand of Mainland customers for overseas products, the APP officially launched the "Overseas Purchase" service on 15th January this year. Mainland customers can directly purchase through the "Overseas Purchase" page of "AEON APP”.

The CBEC function of the APP provides high-quality products from digital appliances, apparel, shoes and handbags, beauty and personal care products, maternal and child products to global food, all of which are delivered directly from Hong Kong and are 100% authentic. The user interface is simple to operate and wonderful offers are provided from time to time, making the entire overseas shopping process easier and simpler. AEON has been committed to digital transformation, optimizing customers' online shopping experience by continuously improving the functions of online shopping services and bringing a better quality of life to every customer to resound its philosophy “Customer-oriented” to the highest extent.

To celebrate the launch of the CBEC function in the APP, an Overseas Welcoming Festive Promotional event has been launched, Mainland customers can purchase overseas products at a discount price.
