AEON Day: Christian Action Centre Visit

On Oct 11, AEON volunteer team visited Christian Action Centre located in Kowloon Bay. Christian Action was established in 1985 with a mission to serve those who are poor, disadvantaged, marginalized, displaced or abandoned. Their aim is to give them hope, dignity and self-reliance. They regularly organize remedial classes and interest classes for children from grass-roots families in the district nearby.

During the visit, the volunteers patiently accompanied the primary school students to study, taught and assisted them to solve their homework problems. In the end, we had tea and played games with them. Everyone had a meaningful afternoon.
