AEON Lounge: AEON STYLE Premier members and AEON CARD Premium holders and their companion can enjoy relaxing time in our AEON Lounge during shopping at AEON, where magazines, snacks and drinks are offered for free.

Free Home Delivery: For any purchase of $800 or above ($500 or above for AEON members), customers can enjoy free home delivery service. (Terms and conditions apply)

Free Parking: Customers who spend a specified amount at AEON can enjoy free parking privilege, subject to the terms and conditions set out by the shopping centre where the respective store is located.

Gift Wrapping: Customers can enjoy free gift wrapping service for any goods purchased at AEON. Wrapping paper and gift box with AEON logo is provided for free. Customers can also bring their own wrapping paper.

Self Express: To enhance convenience and shorten queuing time, customers can enjoy speedy check-out at Self Express by scanning the barcodes by themselves and paying by specific method.

Free Ice Pack: Customers who purchase chilled food items can obtain free ice pack to maintain the freshness of food products.

Gift Certificate Selling: AEON provides $50 and $100 gift certificates, both can be used at all stores.

Chilled Lockers: Customers can temporarily store their purchased fresh food or chilled food items in our chilled lockers (4 to 7 degree Celsius), while continue to enjoy care-free shopping at AEON.

Trolley Lending: For customers who purchase many items or heavy goods, we offer trolley lending service so that they can bring the goods home in a safe and relaxed way, saving time for queuing up for home delivery arrangement. At the same time, it also helps reducing plastic bag usage.

Customer Voice: Customers’ opinions help us improve our service level. Customers can write their opinions about our service, products, facilities, shopping environment or other suggestions on “Customer Voice” form and insert in the collection box in stores.
